Front Desk Customer Service Representative

Are you someone who genuinely enjoys making people feel welcome? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly the same? If you're outgoing, dependable, and love providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to meet you!

We are a locally owned and operated indoor tennis and pickleball club committed to creating a fun, welcoming community for players of all ages and skill levels. Our front desk team plays a huge role in that experience. Every interaction matters, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in making each customer feel valued from the moment they walk through our doors.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

Friendly, positive, and genuinely enjoys interacting with people
Dependable and able to work independently with confidence and accountability
Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
A quick learner with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using computers, email, and point-of-sale systems
Passionate about providing outstanding customer service
Excited to be part of a close-knit team that works hard and supports one another

Experience with customer service or a POS system is preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

Candidates should have their own transportation and be willing to drive in all weather conditions.

Position Requirements

Must be able to consistently work the three shifts listed below.

Available Shifts

Wednesday: 6:00 PM - 10 PM
Friday: 6:00 PM - 10 PM
Saturday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

Welcome members and guests while creating a friendly first impression
Assist customers through the check-in process
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
Process payments accurately
Register customers for programs and reserve courts using our Club Automation software
Perform light clerical work and data entry
Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting clubhouse by completing light cleaning and side work
