Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator / Medical Assistant
Location: 6970 Erie Rd., Derby, NY 14047
Job Type: Part-time/Full-time

Job Description:

WNY Medical, PC, on behalf of Easy Med Management, is seeking a motivated and dependable Front Desk Coordinator / Medical Assistant to join our growing team. This dual-role position involves handling both administrative front desk responsibilities and clinical support duties in a dynamic medical office environment.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and courtesy
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling incoming calls, and other tasks
Support providers with clinical tasks such as rooming patients, taking vital signs, and updating documentation
Accurately maintain and update patient records using Medent EMR (preferred)
Facilitate smooth communication and workflow between administrative and clinical teams
Perform additional medical office duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience with Medent EMR
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is a plus

Compensation:
We offer competitive pay, to be discussed during the interview process. In addition, team members are eligible for biweekly performance incentives based on the completion of daily responsibilities and overall contribution to office efficiency.
