We are seeking an ENTRY LEVEL, NEW/NEWER BACHELOR'S DEGREE GRADUATE candidate for a Financial Data Entry position with a well established, highly respected firm located right near downtown PGH for an opening on an IMMEDIATE need!

This position is FULLY ON-SITE, 40 hours/week. Schedule is Mon-Fri typical office hours.

THIS POSITION IS FULLY ONSITE AND IS IN DOWNTOWN PITTSBURGH SO YOU MUST BE COMFORTABLE PAYING TO PARK ON YOUR OWN, OR TAKING PUBLIC TRANIST.

NO PARKING ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE!!!

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS: IF YOU DO NOT MEET ALL CRITERIA PLEASE DO NOT APPLY!!!!

You must be comfortable with inbound and outbound calling for this role. This is not a role where you sit behind a desk typing data all day. You MUST be comfortable speaking to financial clients regarding their data!!!
You MUST have a Bachelor's Degree. Again: This position is best suited for a new to newer graduate only and not a highly seasoned candidate!!!
Typing speed 50+ wpm.
Strong MS Office skills.
2+ year of data entry experience.

Responsibilities:

Speak to clients via inbound and outbound calling regarding their data
Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
Interpret the data supplied by the divisions using the standard forms and contracts.
Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database.
Verify data and correct data where necessary.
Store completed documents in designated locations.
Maintains and protects customer info as well as the data integrity's security and policies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour
