Prep Cook – Cheeca Lodge & Spa

Location: Cheeca Lodge & Spa, Islamorada, Florida Keys

Join Our Culinary Team:
Cheeca Lodge & Spa, one of the premier resorts in the Florida Keys, is seeking passionate and detail-oriented Prep Cooks to join our culinary team. If you thrive in a dynamic kitchen environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional food, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Food Prep for our Cooks and Chefs
Follow precise instructions for food preparation to ensure consistent quality.
Set an example for less experienced cooks and assist in training when needed.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen to meet Board of Health standards.
Strive for perfection in food presentation and minimize waste.
Ensure a clean and professional appearance at all times.
Maintain a friendly, courteous demeanor and collaborate effectively with team members.
Perform well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school degree or GED preferred.
Good reading, communication, and comprehension skills in English.
Must already be eligible to work in the USA (no sponsorships available).
No facial piercings permitted.
