Sales Territory Manager – South Florida
Automotive Equipment Sales (Independent Contractor)

Autotality is seeking a motivated Sales Territory Manager to develop and grow our business throughout South Florida, serving customers from Pompano Beach to Miami. This position is responsible for generating new business, strengthening existing customer relationships, and increasing sales of automotive service equipment within the assigned territory.

Autotality provides industry-leading automotive shop design, equipment, installation, and repair services that help automotive service centers, dealerships, and collision repair facilities maximize productivity and profitability. Our products are recognized worldwide and trusted by automotive professionals.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and passionate about building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing sales. This individual will work closely with manufacturers' representatives and our Service Department to cultivate leads, provide exceptional customer support, and deliver complete equipment solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage sales opportunities throughout the South Florida territory, from Pompano Beach to Miami.
Build and maintain relationships with automotive repair facilities, dealerships, fleet operations, and collision centers.
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and customer visits.
Collaborate with manufacturer representatives and internal service teams to identify and convert sales opportunities.
Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and manage opportunities through the sales cycle.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and customer activity using CRM software.
Represent Autotality professionally while delivering exceptional customer service and technical solutions.

Qualifications

Experience working in an automotive service department, dealership, or collision repair facility required.
Experience selling automotive equipment is strongly preferred.
Minimum of two years of successful outside sales experience preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Computer proficiency required; Salesforce or NetSuite experience is a plus.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening.

Compensation & Schedule

Independent Contractor (1099)
Commission-Only Compensation
Unlimited earning potential
Flexible schedule while meeting agreed-upon sales objectives
Monday–Friday with travel throughout the assigned South Florida territory

This is an Independent Contractor opportunity. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and benefits and are not considered employees of Autotality.
