Full Job Description

Join our hotel team and help create a welcoming experience for every guest from check-in to check-out. We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Front Desk Agent who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist hotel guests with a positive attitude
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
Answer phone calls and respond to guest questions
Assist with guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Communicate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints or emergencies

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Comfortable using computers and hotel systems
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
