Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Front-Line Sales Person in the position of Dining Room Server and become part of the heart of our restaurant experience! In this lively role, you’ll be expected to deliver exceptional guest service, drive nightly sales, create memorable dining moments, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Enthusiasm, attention to detail, and verifiable food & beverage experience will be required. While guiding guests through an experiential service, you’ll contribute to our vibrant & engaging hospitality nightly. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be well compensated for the expected skills in food service, guest relations, and sales while working in a fast-paced, energetic professional setting.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable table-side service throughout their dining experience and visit.
While taking accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system, provide our guests with guidance towards additional opportunities, not just recommending menu items, but creatively introducing nightly features, and offering wine or cocktail pairings to enhance the guest experience while increasing individual and thus, overall sales.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
Manage guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and foster positive relationships to encourage repeat visits
Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
Use reservation systems like Resy to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements for maximum efficiency

Skills

Fine Dining Experience / Wine Knowledge Important
Proven ability in food service roles within fine dining; experience in serving or host/reservationist roles is highly valued
Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly, engaging, energetic demeanor that creates welcoming atmospheres
Effective time management to handle multiple tables seamlessly during busy hours
Suggestive selling techniques to increase sales while ensuring guest satisfaction
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting
