Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes with precision, creativity, and passion. Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
Assist in menu planning by suggesting new ideas and refining existing dishes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to health regulations.
Participate in food preparation activities such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients efficiently.
Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining presentation standards.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including equipment cleaning and stock rotation.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service and excellent customer experience.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting 1 YEAR REQUIRED, especially within the food industry or culinary environment.
Demonstrated knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
Experience with dietary department procedures or dietary aide roles is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
