Lead the Culinary Excellence as Chef de Cuisine at The Heights Restaurant

Are you a culinary artist with a passion for innovation and a dedication to excellence? The Heights Restaurant, a celebrated dining destination since 1995, is searching for a talented Chef de Cuisine to join our team. With a legacy of setting dining trends and earning accolades such as the prestigious DiRona recognition and Wine Spectator Award of Excellence, we are committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences. What You'll Be Doing

As Chef de Cuisine, you will be the creative force behind our menu and the leader of our kitchen team. Your responsibilities will include: - Crafting innovative and seasonal menus that reflect our dedication to culinary excellence. - Overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, plating, and presentation. - Managing and mentoring a team of kitchen staff to ensure high standards of performance and collaboration. - Maintaining inventory and ensuring the highest quality of ingredients are sourced and utilized. - Upholding food safety and sanitation standards to ensure compliance with regulations. - Collaborating with management to align the kitchen's vision with the restaurant's overall goals.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality dining environment. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: - A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining or award-winning establishment. - A strong background in menu development and a flair for creativity in the kitchen. - Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide your team. - A deep understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations. - A commitment to maintaining the exceptional standards that The Heights Restaurant is known for.
