Full Job Description

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Clinic Director to lead our outpatient physical therapy clinic. This unique leadership role combines strategic clinic management with hands-on patient care, ideal for a licensed physical therapist looking to advance into a hybrid clinical-administrative position. The Clinic Director will direct, administer, and control day-to-day clinic operations within established policies to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Operational Leadership:

Ensure efficient and economical clinic performance aligned with operating budgets, goals, and objectives.
Develop and implement clinic policies, practices, and procedures that drive operational success.
Contribute to strategic planning and goal setting in collaboration with senior leadership.

Team Management & Development:

Lead and manage clinic staff, including performance evaluations, hiring, development, and terminations.
Provide leadership through subordinate supervisors and therapists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Regulatory & Communication Oversight:

Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and licensing requirements.
Maintain effective communication with senior administration, medical staff, community partners, and clinic employees.

Clinical Involvement:

Deliver high-quality patient care
Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to the therapy team.

Requirements:

Physical Therapy Degree
Current state of Michigan license to practice physical therapy or ability to obtain Michigan license.
