Kinship Cannabis Co. is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Post-Harvest Team Members to join its cultivation operation in Albion, Michigan. This position plays a critical role in preparing premium cannabis products for market by maintaining exceptional product quality and consistency throughout the post-harvest process.

What You'll Do
As a Post-Harvest Team Member, you will assist with the daily post-harvest operations, including:
- Trimming and debudding harvested cannabis
- Assisting with harvest activities as needed
- Maintaining product quality standards throughout processing
- Cleaning and sanitizing workstations and equipment
- Safely using approved cleaning chemicals and sanitation products (provided and managed through Team Leadership)
- Following all company SOPs, safety procedures, and state cannabis regulations
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
- Working collaboratively with Team Leaders and Key Leaders to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who possess:
- Previous cannabis trimming or post-harvest experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Ability to remain focused while performing repetitive tasks
- Comfortable sitting and/or standing for up to 8-hour shifts
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well within a team environment
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 8-hour shifts

Initial Screening Questions
