Overview
Warriors 4 Christ Recovery Ministries is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Men's Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Program Director to lead our faith-based recovery program. This pivotal role involves developing, managing, and overseeing comprehensive AOD and faith-based programs tailored specifically for men, fostering a supportive environment that promotes growth, resilience, and lasting recovery. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, exceptional management skills, and a deep understanding of behavioral health to empower individuals on their journey toward wellness. Join us in making a meaningful difference by guiding impactful programs that transform lives through innovative strategies and dedicated leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of men's AOD and faith-based recovery programs, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals
Supervise program staff, including counselors, case managers, and support personnel, fostering a collaborative team environment that emphasizes professional development and accountability
Oversee PHP, IOP, and OP programs daily
Build strong relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and expand program reach
Oversee compliance with all regulatory requirements, licensing standards, and organizational policies related to behavioral health services
Provide assessments, intake management, court compliance, and group counseling (PRN)
Manage administrative functions such as documentation, reporting, data collection, and evaluation to ensure transparency and continuous quality improvement

Requirements

Proven management experience in behavioral health or social services settings with a focus on program development and supervision
Demonstrated ability to develop innovative programs that address the unique needs of men facing substance use challenges
Extensive working knowledge of working with individuals with behavioral health conditions
Strong relationship management skills to foster partnerships within the community and with internal teams
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
Background in social work or related fields with a focus on addiction recovery or behavioral health preferred
LCDC II (if obtaining a higher license within a year), LCDC III, LICDC, or, LICDC-CS (Clinical Supervisor), LSW, LISW.
