Overview

Join our dynamic team as a CNC Programmer at our facility located in Hubert, NC, 28539! We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about precision machining and thrives in a collaborative environment. In this role, you will be responsible for programming CNC machines to produce high-quality parts that meet our customers' specifications. If you have a knack for problem-solving and a love for technology, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations.
Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to create precise machining instructions.
Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
Maintain and update documentation related to CNC programs and machine setups.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role.
Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and programming languages (e.g., G-code).
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining is preferred.
