DEPARTMENT: PROFESSIONAL STUDIES

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provides instruction in the teaching of a specific subject or field of knowledge and guides student study and learning in that subject field.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Knowledge of course content as evidenced by education and/or experience.

Excellent technology and classroom management skills

Culinary Management:

An Associate's degree in Culinary Arts or related degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in culinary management/ lead level position within the related field/industry.
Current Industry ServSafe Certification.

Related Degree: Culinary Management, Nutrition and Dietetics, Hospitality Management, Event Management, Catering and Restaurant Management, Food and Beverage Management, Tourism Management

Hospitality & Tourism Management:

Master's degree in business and 18 graduate hours in Hospitality Management or any combinations of the related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of experience in management/ lead level position within the related field/industry.

Related Disciplines: Event Management, Catering and Restaurant Management, Food and Beverage Management, Tourism Management
