Full Job Description

OmniTitleOS is a Florida-licensed title insurance platform looking for licensed title agents who are tired of giving up 60-80% of every file to their agency.

How it works:
Most title agents operate under a traditional split where the agency keeps roughly 80% of the net premium on every closing. OmniTitleOS flips that model. You pay a flat monthly subscription instead of a percentage — and you keep 100% of your net title premium on every file you close.

On a typical $2,000 premium, that's the difference between keeping $1,400 (after underwriter retention) on every file, versus the roughly $280 you'd net under a conventional 20% split. Close 100 files a year and that gap is worth six figures.

What you get:

Built on platorm infrastructure for file processing and closings

Who we're looking for:

Active Florida title agent license in good standing

Comfortable operating independently as a 1099 affiliated agent

Compensation:
1099 independent contractor — keep 100% of net title premium per file. Flat monthly subscription fee applies (no commission split).
