Every home deserves a defender. As a Field Sales & Service Manager, your job is to build and lead the team that makes that promise real—day in, day out, across every neighborhood in your territory.
This isn't a behind-the-desk leadership role. You're in the field alongside your team, modeling what great customer engagement looks like, demonstrating best-in-class service delivery, and showing—not just telling—what it means to be a true Home Guardian. You'll drive new customer acquisition, strengthen service retention, and serve as the critical link between boots-on-the-ground execution and branch-level growth.
You'll directly supervise a team of field sales and service professionals, developing their skills, holding the standard high, and pushing everyone—including yourself—to keep improving. You report to the Regional Manager and operate as a key driver of your branch's success.
The right person for this role leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced outdoor environment, and genuinely believes that protecting a family's home is worth doing right. If you're the kind of leader who builds people up while delivering results, and you want to be part of something bigger than a sales quota—this is your role.
