We are looking for a Wellness Coordinator who is passionate about community health. Although we have a specific need for a part-time applicant, there may be an opportunity to take on additional hours if desired.

As a Wellness Coordinator, you will assist patients with account registration, information requests, and payment for services. This clinic remains busy treating the military members of our community, so we are seeking a team member who strives for excellence and thrives in a busy environment. This is a goal-oriented position with bonus opportunities based on the achievement of sales targets.

Schedule Requirements:

20-25 hours per week
Must be available to work weekends
This is a part-time listing with the opportunity to take on additional hours

Potential Schedule:

Every other Saturday 10a-5p
Sunday 10a-5p
Tuesday 10a-2p/Friday 2:45p-7p

There may be other days of the week available as needed

Compensation:

Ranges from $13-$14/hour based on experience
Sales bonuses averaging an additional $2-$4 per hour

As a Wellness Coordinator, your typical day may include:

Greeting patients upon arrival & checking patients in to see the Chiropractor
Educating patients on the best membership options for their needs
Answering phone calls and completing sales calls
Resolving any patient issues or concerns
Looking for ways to achieve sales and clinic goals and addressing those with other coordinators and doctors
Light cleaning to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of workspace
Managing files and ensuring thorough documentation in patient accounts
Participating in local marketing promotions and social media engagement
Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members.
Participating in team calls to stay updated on current goals and strategies
Attending virtual corporate trainings to stay updated on membership options, packages, and promotions.

Additional Requirements:*

Able to lift up to 30 pounds
Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
High school diploma or equivalent (associates degree or higher preferred*)
Able to work weekends/evenings
Able to use office equipment; computer, scanner, fax, and phone system
Cheerful and positive attitude
Self-Motivated & Driven to Succeed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
