Kayser Chevrolet Buick GMC in Janesville is looking for a high-performing Service Advisor to join our team.

We are one of Wisconsin’s premier GM dealerships and the largest pre-owned dealership in Rock County. We run a busy, fast-paced operation with a tremendous amount of opportunity for the right person.

If you're competitive, organized, great with people, and want to be rewarded for your performance, we want to talk to you. We are looking for EXPERIENCED, CAREER-MINDED individuals ONLY! Previous dealership experience is a PLUS, but NOT REQUIRED. Previous automotive Service Advisor experience is preferred, but attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and the desire to succeed matter to us. We are offering top pay ($70K - $120K/year) and a comprehensive benefits package!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Service Advisor, you're the connection between our customers and our technicians. You'll take ownership of the customer experience from the moment they arrive until their vehicle is back in their hands.

You will:

Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns

Write accurate and thorough repair orders

Communicate clearly with technicians and customers

Present recommended maintenance and repairs professionally

Keep customers updated throughout the repair process

Build trust—not pressure customers

Follow up and make sure customers are completely satisfied

Work closely with technicians and management to keep vehicles moving

Maintain accurate documentation and repair-order processes

Help maximize shop productivity while never sacrificing the customer experience

Build relationships that turn first-time customers into lifelong Kayser customers
