Job Overview

Are you someone who enjoys keeping things interesting instead of doing the same job every day? We're looking for a dependable, customer focused team member for a Front Desk & Housekeeping Associate position. This is the perfect role for someone who likes a mix of customer service and hands on work. You'll be trained in both positions and scheduled in one role per shift. On some days, you'll work housekeeping during the day, and on other days, you'll work the evening front desk shift.

Schedule

Full-time
Housekeeping shifts are during the day.
Front desk shifts are typically scheduled in the evening.
Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Housekeeping Responsibilities

Clean and prepare guest rooms according to company standards.
Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities.
Clean bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.
Report maintenance issues or damaged items.
Ensure rooms are clean, sanitized, and ready for guests.

Front Desk Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service.
Check guests in and out.
Answer phones and assist with reservations.
Process payments and maintain accurate records.
Respond to guest questions and requests professionally.

Qualifications

Dependable with a strong work ethic.
Friendly and professional attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Pay: From $13.50 per hour
