Sr. Front Office Assistant – Full-Time - Jasper Pain Management

Location: 3400 Highway 78 E Jasper, AL 35501
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable, personable Front Office Assistant to join our front‑line team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a welcoming experience while supporting daily administrative and clerical operations. Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients, visitors, and families in a warm, professional manner
Answer multi‑line phones, route calls, and manage voicemail messages
Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate calendars
Check patients in and out, verify insurance information, and update records
Manage front office tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and mail handling
Maintain a clean, organized, and patient‑friendly reception area
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Provide general support to the medical team as needed

Qualifications:

Qualifications

2+ year of Front Office Assistant experience in a medical setting (required)
Strong communication and customer‑service skills
Comfortable working in a moderate‑paced, team‑driven environment
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask effectively
Basic proficiency with computers, scheduling systems, and office technology
Professional, friendly, and dependable
