As a Pastry Chef/Ice Cream Maker, you’ll play a key role in crafting delicious treats that our customers love. Your responsibilities will include:
- Portioning, baking, decorating, and finishing products with consistency and care.
- Assisting in developing new and exciting flavor combinations.
- Preparing baked goods according to standardized recipes.
- Following all food safety regulations while maintaining production records and batch logs.
- Packaging and labeling products for display and storage.
- Producing our handmade ice cream using company recipes and production procedures.
- Assisting in creating innovative and seasonal flavor combinations.

We’re seeking someone with a passion for baking and creativity, who is eager to learn and grow with us. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Food handler/ServeSafe certification (preferred).
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- A creative mindset with an interest in developing new flavors and seasonal offerings.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- The ability to stand for long periods and lift 30-40 pounds.
- A focus on cleanliness and organization.
