How you'll make an impact
Provide desk-side and remote support for IT incidents and service requests.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobility, network, and connectivity issues.
Support printers, mobile devices, Cisco phones, email, Wi-Fi, and MFA setup.
Deploy, configure, and maintain factory PCs, workstations, and peripherals.
Assist with network connections, cabling, and integration of new devices and machines.
Maintain accurate documentation, knowledge articles, and CMDB records.
Deliver user guidance and training on common IT tools and self-service solutions.
Manage IT asset inventory, logistics, meeting room technology, and support third-party technicians.
Your background
Formal qualification, diploma, degree, or completed apprenticeship in Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in IT support or a similar technical support role.
Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, and end-user technologies.
Fluent communication skills in English, with the ability to support and engage users effectively.
Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-focused with the ability to work independently.
