Full Job Description

Advance Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated, people-focused, driven, and bilingual Onsite Recruiter to join our team in Janesville, WI. If you’re passionate about building relationships, helping others succeed, and are eager to make an impact, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Job Type: Full Time

Hours: 8am – 5pm or 7am - 4pm on Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

Handle employee relations, issues, and questions
Act as an extension of Human Resources
Monitor attendance, performance, and productivity
Maintain accurate applicant and employee records in HRIS systems
Process timecards and submit payroll accurately and on time
Lead client-requested orientations, safety programs, and training initiatives
Support injury prevention efforts and assist with workers’ compensation procedures
Serve as a trusted on-site partner by providing exceptional customer service
Conduct orientations for new employees

Requirements:

Human Resources, Recruiting, Legal, or Customer Service experience preferred
Bilingual required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent customer service, documentation, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Able to handle all employee management and relations
Confidentiality, tact, and discretion when dealing with people
Able to set priorities and handle multiple projects at the same time
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
