Full Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and preferably bilingual (English/Spanish) Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role supports our workforce at client sites by coordinating recruiting, onboarding, attendance, employee relations, and daily workforce operations. The Staffing Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact between employees, client management, and our internal team, helping ensure a safe, productive, and well-supported work environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Support recruiting activities, including sourcing request, resume review, interviews, and onboarding processes.
Manage daily employee attendance, call-offs, scheduling, and workforce assignments.
Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding activities.
Maintain accurate employee records, timekeeping, and payroll-related documentation.
Serve as the primary point of contact between employees, supervisors, and client management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
Conduct safety walks and assist with incident reporting and employee documentation.
Handle employee questions, concerns, and staffing-related issues.
Generate reports and maintain staffing records using company systems.
Support employee engagement, recruiting events, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Travel to client sites as needed to support business operations.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
Experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, employee relations, customer service, or workforce management preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets, and workforce management systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites when needed.

Preferred Experience

1+ year of supervisory, staffing, recruiting, or workforce management experience.
Experience working in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or industrial environments.
Experience with employee timekeeping systems and reporting.

Physical Requirements

Ability to walk and stand for extended periods on the manufacturing floor.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 10 lbs.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial/warehouse environment (noise, varying temperatures, etc.).
