Schedule: Monday–Thursday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Friday (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM), Rotating Saturdays (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

Job SummaryWe are seeking a friendly, empathetic, and professional Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our clinic, handling clinical duties such as blood draws while building strong, supportive relationships with our patients. Because we specialize in hormone and weight management, you must be comfortable engaging in sensitive, respectful, and encouraging conversations with patients regarding their weight and health journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Perform safe, accurate, and efficient blood draws (phlebotomy).
Welcome patients, check them in, and prepare them for appointments.
Conduct initial patient intake, including measuring vitals and recording medical histories.
Discuss treatment plans, weight loss progress, and sensitive health topics with empathy and discretion.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure clinical areas remain clean and stocked.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience performing blood draws in a clinical setting.
Skills: Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Personality: Warm, friendly, and non-judgmental demeanor.
Comfort Level: Ability to discuss sensitive health topics (such as weight and hormone health) with maturity and professionalism.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy program is highly preferred.
