Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing and bubbly personality. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for our pilots, passengers and clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to do some simple invoicing as well as running the credit card machine. This candidate will also be doing parts data entry.

For applicant to be considered for this position, must complete an in person interview. We work with high end clients and expect a level of professional appearance and attire.

We ask our candidates to dress professionally for their jo interview.

Duties

Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Perform clerical duties such as data entry and simple invoicing.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Provide support to other administrative staff as required.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.

Requirements

Proven experience in an office management or customer service role is preferred.
Strong administrative skills with proficiency in computer literacy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to type efficiently and accurately while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
