Duties

Check in and check out guests staying at the hotel
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
Handle data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets
Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, to support office operations
Basic cleaning of lobby, breakfast area, hallways & common areas
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with clear communication and professionalism

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or hotels
Proficiency in computer systems
Experience with multi-line phone systems and handling high-volume calls with professionalism
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Personal assistant or front desk experience preferred but not required; a proactive attitude is essential
