As an Office Assistant 2, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the Division’s workflow efficient, accurate, and compliant with state procedures, helping our team deliver lending services that strengthen Alaska’s economic future.
Key responsibilities include:
Assist with basic accounting tasks and inventory tracking.
Answer and route incoming phone calls while providing courteous, accurate information to the public and internal staff.
Scan, file, and maintain loan documents, correspondence, and records in both physical and electronic formats.
Ensure documents are properly labeled, organized, and stored in accordance with Division retention policies.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external visitors, prospective, past and present borrowers, board members.

Effective July 1, 2026 the wage for this position increased by 3%. The wage listed in this job posting reflects the increase.

EDUCATION
If post-secondary education is required to meet the minimum qualifications, you must fill in the Education section of the application. If you have not obtained a degree, please indicate the number of units completed.
