PodPlus Studios is seeking a highly technical, detail-oriented Podcast Production & Engineering Assistant to support podcast productions both in-studio and on location.
PodPlus Studios is a full-service podcast and video production studio in Jupiter, Florida, helping creators, entrepreneurs, and brands bring their ideas to life through professional audio and video recording, podcast production, post-production, content creation, and strategic storytelling.
This is a hands-on production role.
The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working with professional audio and video equipment, understands the technical details behind a successful podcast production, and can confidently troubleshoot issues in real time.
You are equal parts technician, production assistant, problem solver, and equipment operator.
This role requires someone who thrives in fast-moving production environments, pays close attention to technical details, takes ownership of equipment and setup, and understands that a successful recording starts well before the cameras begin rolling.
The role will involve traveling to podcast locations, transporting and setting up production equipment, operating gear during recordings, and breaking down mobile studios after productions. In addition to mobile productions, this person will support day-to-day studio operations and post-production workflows from PodPlus Studios in Jupiter, Florida.
You report directly to the Senior Editor and PodPlus Studios Manager.
