Full Job Description

This job is not for everyone. Here's who it IS for:

You're the person who sees 20 "no's" and thinks, "cool, I'm closer to a yes." You don't take rejection personally — you take it professionally. You thrive when you have a target to hit, a phone in your hand, and a scoreboard to climb.

We're a growing dental office looking for a high-energy outbound caller to contact patients who have unscheduled treatment. Your job is simple: get them back in the chair. You don't need to know anything about dentistry — we'll teach you that. What we can't teach is drive, resilience, and the ability to dial through resistance.

What You'll Do:

Make 80–100+ outbound calls per shift to patients with pending treatment
Overcome objections (cost, fear, timing, "I'll think about it") with confidence and empathy
Schedule appointments and hit daily/weekly booking targets
Track your activity and results — you'll know your numbers and own them
Follow proven call frameworks while bringing your own personality to every conversation

You'll Crush This Role If You:

Have experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, collections, or SDR roles
Understand that this is a numbers game and volume drives results
Can maintain energy and quality at 20+ calls per hour
Hear "no" and instinctively look for the angle to turn it around
Are competitive — you want to know the record so you can beat it
Are coachable and open to feedback
Have a quiet workspace, reliable internet, and a headset ready to go

You're NOT a Fit If:

You describe yourself as "not a phone person"
You're uncomfortable asking someone to take action
You need constant supervision to stay productive
You prefer slow-paced, inbound work
The phrase "20 calls per hour" makes you nervous instead of excited
