About Envision Unlimited: Founded in 1948 in Chicago, Envision Unlimited provides a full spectrum of care for individuals with disabilities ranging in age from infancy to 80+. Our innovative services span Chicagoland and Central Illinois and include community living, day programs, behavioral health, employment services, family respite, and foster care. What you’ll do:

Support daily living tasks (think: cooking, cleaning, self-care)
Help members get to appointments and day programs
Assist with medications
Coach through tough moments and celebrate big wins
Be a friend, mentor, and role model

You should have:

A high school diploma or GED (This is an essential requirement. Proof of education and transcripts must be uploaded with application)
A big heart and lots of patience
Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
