Overview
Better Life Technology is seeking a self-directed Product Video Producer & Social Media Specialist to create videos that help customers understand, value, and purchase our products across multiple B2B and B2C brands. The primary focus is professional product video and short-form social content, including product demonstrations, feature and benefit videos, problem-and-solution content, how-to and installation videos, Reels, Shorts, retail and e-commerce videos, and product-focused advertising content.
This is an in-house product marketing role, not a narrative film or event videography position. The ideal candidate understands how to make a physical product the focus, communicate its value clearly, capture attention quickly, and adapt the message for different customers and platforms. This person must be able to take broad direction, such as a product, audience, or campaign goal, and independently develop the concept, script, shots, and finished video without requiring a fully developed production plan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Video & Short-Form Content (Primary Focus):
- Produce professional product videos that demonstrate what a product is, how it works, the problem it solves, and why a customer should choose it.
- Create product demonstrations, feature and benefit videos, how-to and installation content, comparisons, problem-and-solution videos, product launches, and product-focused advertising and campaign content.
- Produce a consistent stream of short-form content, including Reels, Shorts, quick demonstrations, educational clips, behind-the-scenes content, and timely or trend-inspired videos that fit the brand.
- Translate product information, customer needs, and marketing priorities into clear, persuasive video concepts for B2B and B2C audiences.
- Manage video projects from concept through delivery, including research, ideation, scripting, shot planning, filming, editing, audio, motion graphics, animation, and platform optimization.
- Create polished tabletop, studio-style, lifestyle, and in-use product shots using available equipment and recommend future lighting, equipment, or studio needs.
- Incorporate text animation, product callouts, visual effects, stock assets, and AI-assisted creative elements when they help explain or sell the product.
- Turn product footage, demonstrations, interviews, and longer videos into multiple platform-ready clips and formats.
- Ensure content is accurate, on-brand, visually polished, and appropriate for its intended audience, channel, and customer journey.
Social Media & YouTube (Secondary Focus):
- Work with the Marketing Manager to plan video content for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other priority platforms.
- Adapt videos for each platform based on format, length, opening hook, captions, cover image, title, description, and audience.
- Manage day-to-day YouTube publishing and channel organization, including Shorts, thumbnails, descriptions, links, playlists, and calls to action.
- Contribute content ideas, captions, and platform-ready assets; support publishing and monitoring of social sites; and use performance insights to improve future videos.
- Monitor routine comments and route technical, customer service, warranty, or sensitive inquiries to the appropriate team member.
Sales Support & Collaboration:
- Create B2B sales enablement content, including product line overviews, product education, company and manufacturing overviews, presentation openers, and videos sales representatives can share with prospects, resellers, and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, graphic design, sales, customer service, product teams, and external partners to gather accurate information and identify useful content opportunities.
- Provide reusable, on-brand video assets formatted and organized for e-commerce, retail partners, presentations, social media, and sales enablement.
- Maintain organized footage, project files, templates, and completed assets so content can be easily found, updated, and reused.
