The company’s device-agnostic platform leverages advanced hardware and proprietary algorithms to deliver seamless, real-time cardiac telemetry data to healthcare providers. Through Mobile Cardiac Telemetry (MCT) and wireless cardiac patches, Artella enables continuous ECG monitoring that supports faster, more informed clinical decisions. The organization is known for concierge-level customer service, seamless integration with online health platforms, and patient-friendly devices that fit easily into daily life. Pulse layers is committed to bridging the gap between cardiac monitoring and precision care, helping clinicians detect, diagnose, and treat cardiac abnormalities more efficiently.

Role Description This is a full time, nightshift and day Hybrid position based in Houston, TX. In this role, the technician will review and annotate ECG tracings, identify basic arrhythmias and abnormalities, and escalate urgent findings according to established protocols. Day-to-day tasks include documenting patient information accurately and supporting seamless data transmission from cardiac patches and telemetry systems to the CorAI platform. The technician will communicate with patients, clinicians, and internal teams to provide clear instructions, troubleshoot device issues, and contribute to a high standard of patient-centered service.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Cardiac Monitoring and Telemetry, with the ability to interpret basic ECG rhythms and recognize abnormal patterns.
Knowledge of Cardiology concepts and Medical Terminology relevant to cardiac diagnostics and monitoring.
Effective Communication skills for interacting with patients, clinicians, and team members in a clear, respectful, and timely manner.
Previous experience as an ECG/EKG Technician, Monitor Technician, or in a similar clinical monitoring role is preferred.
Completion of an accredited EKG/ECG technician program or related clinical training; relevant certification (e.g., CCT, CRAT) is required.
Comfort with digital health platforms, remote monitoring technologies, and basic computer/data entry tasks.
Ability to follow clinical protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and uphold HIPAA and safety standards.
Strong attention to detail, reliability in shift coverage, and ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
