Patient Care Coordinator / Sales Consultant

Designer Plastic Surgery & Med Spa – Houston/Katy, Texas

Designer Plastic Surgery & Med Spa is seeking a motivated, professional, and highly organized Patient Care Coordinator / Sales Consultant to join our growing cosmetic surgery and aesthetics practice. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient experience, confident in sales, and able to guide prospective patients from initial inquiry through consultation, scheduling, and surgery booking.

The Patient Care Coordinator serves as one of the first points of contact for prospective and established patients. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up, attention to detail, and the ability to convert inquiries and consultations into scheduled procedures while maintaining a luxury, patient-centered experience.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries by phone, text, email, social media, and other communication platforms.

Educate prospective patients on available surgical, med spa, wellness, and aesthetic services offered by Designer Plastic Surgery.

Schedule consultations, follow-up appointments, procedures, and related patient visits.

Guide patients through the consultation and booking process, including pricing, deposits, financing options, surgery scheduling, and pre-operative requirements.

Follow up consistently with leads, consultations, and patients who have not yet booked.

Maintain accurate patient records, notes, lead status, and communication history in the practice management system.

Present treatment plans, quotes, and financing options in a clear and professional manner.

Assist with patient retention, reactivation campaigns, promotions, and sales initiatives.

Coordinate with clinical staff, surgical team, providers, and management to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Help ensure patients complete required paperwork, consents, payments, photos, and pre-operative tasks.

Provide a high-touch, concierge-level experience before, during, and after the patient’s visit.

Meet or exceed sales, booking, follow-up, and patient satisfaction goals.

Represent the practice in a professional, positive, and brand-appropriate manner at all times.

Qualifications

Prior experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, med spa, aesthetics, dermatology, healthcare sales, or luxury customer service is strongly preferred.

Strong sales ability with a proven track record of converting leads or consultations into bookings.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable discussing pricing, deposits, financing, and treatment plans with patients.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads and tasks at once.

Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion and confidentiality.

Experience with EMR, CRM, scheduling software, or lead management systems is a plus.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Compensation

Compensation may include base pay plus performance-based incentives or commission, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Full-time salary position. Some evenings or weekends may be required depending on clinic needs, events, consultations, or patient scheduling demands.
