Job Summary

Credit Management Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kearney, Nebraska. In this role, you will communicate with consumers, gather account information, and assist with payment arrangements while delivering excellent customer service. Schedule & Location

Location: Kearney, NE (In-office position)
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive pay up to $18 per hour + commissions, based on experience
Quarterly performance reviews during the first year with earning growth potential of up to $2,000 annually

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Provide professional and courteous customer service over the phone
Communicate with consumers regarding account information and payment options
Follow approved communication guidelines and company procedures
Assist consumers in establishing payment arrangements and identifying payment solutions
Maintain accurate customer records and document call activity thoroughly
Complete assigned duties with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail

Qualifications & Skills

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic computer and typing skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple systems and tasks efficiently
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and professionalism
Dependable with a strong work ethic and consistent attendance

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience
Call center, office, or collections experience
Experience with Microsoft Outlook and phone systems

Work Environment

This position is performed in a professional, climate-controlled office environment and involves extended periods of phone communication, computer use, typing, and desk work.
