Full Job Description

We're searching for someone who is:

Organized and detail-oriented
Great at managing multiple tasks without breaking a sweat
Comfortable using Word, Excel, email, and learning new software
A problem-solver who enjoys figuring things out
Professional and friendly on the phone and in person
Able to work independently while still being a great teammate
Eager to learn new skills (We'll train the right person!)
Dependable, trustworthy, and accountable
Focused on accuracy and getting things done right the first time
Positive, adaptable, and ready to jump in wherever needed

Primary Responsibilities:

Accounts payable and accounts receivable
processing Payroll support and payroll processing
Bank deposits
Credit card and bank account reconciliations
Management of collections processes for customer finance accounts
Answering incoming phone calls and directing inquiries
Ordering office supplies and maintaining office inventory
Coordinating office equipment maintenance and vendor services
Setting up and maintaining vendor accounts
Filing and document management
Serving as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries
Assisting with dealership administrative and operational projects as needed

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent required

You do NOT need an accounting degree.

You do NOT need dealership experience.

You DO need a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
