Job Description

About the Position

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in beautiful Alaska. This full-time role focuses on land-based rehabilitation in a supportive, patient-centered environment. Our team is committed to helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life.

Schedule

Full-time: 40 hours per week
Clinic-based care
Consistent outpatient clinic hours

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide hands-on outpatient physical therapy for orthopedic, neurological, and functional rehabilitation needs.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Contribute to a positive and supportive clinic environment.

Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
Current Alaska Physical Therapy License or eligibility for licensure in Alaska.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to evidence-based care and high-quality patient outcomes.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
