Role Description We are looking for a responsible and creative Event Planner to help plan and coordinate weddings, large events, and other special occasions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organization, and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple details and communicate professionally with clients and vendors.
Qualifications
- Professional experience in sales, client development, or customer service experience is required.
- Previous wedding or large-event planning experience is required.
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members
- Ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and responsibilities. Being Creative and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of event presentation and design.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling last-minute changes. Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when events are scheduled.
- Local event planning experience in New York is preferred.
- Relevant work samples, event photos, or a portfolio are preferred.
Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
