Compensation

$17.15-$17.40/hour with limited availability / schedule restrictions and/or less than 1 continuous year of relevant restaurant/food service experience

$18.00-$18.90/hour with open availability, prior Chick-fil-A trainer experience and/or at least 1 continuous year of relevant restaurant/food service experience

What You’ll Do
-
Greet guests warmly with a smile
-
Take orders accurately at the counter or drive-thru

Assemble and serve meals for dine-in, carry-out, and curbside

Prepare drinks, ice cream, and milkshakes

Keep service and dining areas clean and welcoming

Assist guests with mobile orders and app questions

Restock supplies and support overall restaurant flow

Communicate clearly with your team

Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
What We’re Looking For

Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented individuals (ages 16+)

Willingness to work some peak shifts (early mornings, evenings, or Saturdays)

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Ability to stand for long periods and lift 20–30 lbs

A positive attitude and a desire to serve others

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
