Under the general direction of the Kadlec Clinic Business Office Manager coordinates the facilities insurance collections and denials management process to ensure the hospital receives appropriate reimbursement for services provided. Identifies and analyzes payer trends and denial patterns. Prepares insurance appeals to ensure the hospital receives appropriate reimbursement for services provided.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a health care setting with a background in all areas of Account Receivables.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Emphasis given to accounting practices, insurance billing and compliance.
