Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Esthetician to join our dynamic beauty team! In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional skincare and aesthetic treatments that leave clients feeling confident and radiant. Your expertise will help clients achieve their beauty goals through personalized services, professional advice, and a warm, welcoming attitude. This is a commission position in a vibrant, client-focused environment where innovation and customer satisfaction are at the forefront.

Duties

Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, Hydrafacial, Dermaplaning, Microneedling
Provide waxing services including facial and full-body waxing
Deliver tinting services for eyebrows and eyelashes to accentuate clients’ features.
Maintain strict sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff; adhere to all health regulations.
Utilize salon software like MIKAL for appointment scheduling
Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their needs, recommend suitable treatments, and ensure a positive experience.
Assist in retail sales by recommending skincare products that complement treatments and meet client needs.
Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques in skincare treatments, and other aesthetic services.

Experience

Licensed Esthetician
Certification in Esthetics required
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
