Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer and employee support. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively. Must be a self starter.

Duties

Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Utilize computer literacy to manage office software and tools effectively.
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Serve as a personal assistant to management when required, handling various administrative tasks.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.

Experience

Candidates should possess a background in administrative roles with experience in the following areas:

Time management: Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Data entry: Proficient in entering information accurately into databases or systems.
Customer support: Experience in providing high-quality service to clients or customers.
Front desk operations: Familiarity with managing reception duties in a professional setting.
Computer literacy: Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent.
Personal assistant experience: Ability to assist executives or team members with various tasks.
Proofreading skills: Strong attention to detail for reviewing documents.
Calendar management: Experience in scheduling and organizing appointments efficiently.
Administrative support: General knowledge of office procedures and administrative functions.
