Rogue Industrial Group is currently seeking a NIGHT Lease Operator in the Jal, NM area with ESP, Rod Pump, GAS LIFT, VRU and VRT experience.
MUST be at least 25 years of age to drive a company truck.
Man Camp/Flights to accommodate if required.
Schedule: 14/14 Rotation (Night Shift 6pm-6am)
Lease Location: Jal, NM and Surrounding areas
Pay: $36/hr - $38/hr., with per diem/day
Responsibilities
· Pumping Unit experience is required
· ESP, Pumping Unit, VRU's, and Triplex Pump experience is a plus
· Heavy Experience with Gas Lift, Plunger Lift, and DEHY units is a plus
· Ability to shoot fluid levels and use dynamometer
· Basic ability to interpret pump cards and communicate issues is required
· Ability to configure POC and Pump Timer set-points is required
· Ability to get to location in an Hour or Less for Call Out Work
· Heavy Experience with Gas Lift, Plunger Lift, and DEHY units is a plus
· Reading and recording all needed meter readings
· Comfortable with Scada and Production Software
· Able to handle Central Production Facilities in Addition to their Route
· Handle troubleshooting in addition to Data Collection on Wells and Batteries, this is a hands-on position.
· Leading by example in areas such as EHS, maintenance and record keeping
Qualifications
· 3+ years Lease Operating experience is required
· 3+ years’ experience operating GAS LIFT, VRU, VRT, ESP, and PUMPJACK systems
· Valid driver's license and willingness to undergo DMV record check
· High volume/High Pressure production equipment experience required
· Ability to provide at least three professional references
· Basic computer skills
· Ability to work with minimal supervision
· Safety Sensitive position subject to random drug and alcohol screening
