Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) | Full-Time | Longview, TX

H2 Health Kids, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our pediatric team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate clinician who enjoys helping children build communication, social, and functional life skills through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). At H2 Health Kids, you'll work alongside a team committed to helping children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental needs reach their fullest potential. Your Role

Implement and oversee individualized behavior intervention programs under the direction of a BCBA.
Conduct assessments and assist in the development of treatment plans based on clinical findings.
Provide direct and indirect ABA services to pediatric patients.
Monitor patient progress through ongoing data collection and analysis.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support treatment goals.
Provide training and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as appropriate.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company, payer, and regulatory requirements.
Educate caregivers on behavior management strategies and skill-building techniques to support success across environments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
Current Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure if required by state regulations.
Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental conditions preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
