Full Job Description

Are you looking for a new kitchen to call home? At Shaka's Beach Bar & Grill, we are a culinary team that focuses on chef-prepared creations, driven by fresh, quality ingredients. As a member of our back of house team, you will have the opportunity to prepare incredible food while working with other professional hardworking cooks. We are a company that values our employees above all, and we are ready to give you the tools to grow in this industry!

Lots of hours with potential for overtime; year round employment and competitive wages, with future advancement opportunities.

Qualified candidates would have the following:

-Culinary school degree or previous experience in kitchens (preferred not required)

-At least 2 years experience in a high volume line cook position

-Solid punctuality, positive attitude, and willingness to grow and learn

-Be able to effectively communicate and take direction from supervisors

-Ability to understand and follow precise recipes to create consistent dishes

-Experience with high volume and fast paced environment

-Care about quality, cleanliness, and strong attention to detail
