Research and Development function, working closely with the Technical Director and cross-functional teams to formulate, test, and refine nutraceutical products from concept through production handoff. This role prepares and evaluates product samples, operates and maintains lab equipment, and compiles data that supports formulation decisions, product launches, and continuous improvement of existing products. Beyond the bench, the R&D Technician helps translate successful formulations into batch production records and supports Quality and Production teams as new products move into manufacturing.
The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment, and effective working across a wide range of personalities and teams.
Weekly pay of $20.00 per hour

A minimum of a 2-year degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a closely related field preferred
0-3 years of experience in a laboratory, R&D, or similar industry
Familiarity with industry terminology and scientific techniques used in a laboratory environment
Experience in a regulated environment (nutraceutical, food, pharmaceutical, or similar) preferred, including GMP environment controls
Understanding of standard operating procedures (SOP) FDA regulations, and current good manufacturing practices
Ability to work in a fast paced, changing and challenging environment
Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks and projects, and work within deadlines
Comfortable working with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel
Day Shift, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Monday - Friday
R&D Technician experience preferred
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
Must possess excellent communication skills
Proven history of understanding industry safety standards and quality expectations
Strong understanding of raw materials and the manufacturing industry
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US.
