MG Unlimited is a growing custom home builder based in South County, Rhode Island. We specialize in high-end custom homes and renovations built with a focus on craftsmanship, attention to detail, strong relationships, trust, and transparency.
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Construction Project Coordinator / Administrative Coordinator to become an important part of our team.
This position works directly with the owner and supports the day-to-day operations of multiple residential construction projects. The right person will help keep projects organized, communication flowing, paperwork current, and important details from falling through the cracks.
You don't need to know how to build a house—but you should be interested in construction and comfortable learning how the construction process works.

What You'll DoProject Coordination
- Help keep multiple custom home and renovation projects organized and moving forward.
- Track open items, deadlines, decisions, and follow-up responsibilities.
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, designers, and homeowners.
- Assist with project schedules, meetings, deliveries, and upcoming project needs.
- Follow up on outstanding items and help ensure commitments are completed.
- Assist with jobsite documentation and project closeout.
Administrative & Financial Support
- Assist with invoicing and bookkeeping.
- Help prepare and organize estimates, proposals, contracts, and change orders.
- Maintain organized project and company records.
- Track outstanding invoices, documentation, and administrative requirements.
- Assist with permits, paperwork, and project startup documentation as needed.
Project Management Systems
- Maintain accurate and organized information in JobTread and other company systems.
- Enter and organize project information, documents, and financial data.
- Help ensure the team has accurate, up-to-date information.
- Assist in maintaining efficient and organized workflows.
Communication & Follow-Through
- Communicate professionally by phone, email, and in person.
- Attend meetings when needed and document important decisions and action items.
- Help make sure questions get answered and open items don't get forgotten.
- Keep the owner informed of important issues that require attention or decisions.

Experience & Qualifications
Construction or construction administration experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Residential construction
- Construction administration or project coordination
- JobTread, Buildertrend, Procore, or similar software
- Invoicing or bookkeeping
- Permitting and construction paperwork
- Reading construction plans
- Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
A college degree is not required. Relevant experience, organization, communication skills, and work ethic are highly valued.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
