My Reservation People is a virtual sales solution and profitable partner for businesses. We are not a traditional call center! We are a team of salespeople who produce unimaginable results for our partners. We work with businesses that believe in creating value for their customers through meaningful conversations and interactions that promote trust and long-term, profitable relationships.

Our salespeople are trained to become brand specialists and ambassadors for each business they represent. We are committed to our clients, dedicated to the highest level of professionalism, and determined to deliver amazing customer experiences to increase sales and promote client retention.

Our team is made up of people from a variety of sales backgrounds who care deeply about the quality of their work, and their team members. Although our team is spread across the country, we are in constant contact through online chat and video conferences. Our team supports each other and they rely on that support to be their very best.

From our virtual meetings, (no make-up, no-shave required), lively virtual group conversations about fitness challenges, what’s binge-worthy on Netflix, to our virtual holiday parties complete with drinks, snacks, goofy games, and gifts, the virtual team at My Reservation People is the unicorn of sales teams!

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous and proven sales experience
Enthusiastic phone presence
Performance focused and a drive to exceed goals
Comfortable with computers, including learning to navigate new software
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace in a room with a closed-door
A computer - at least Intel i5 (12th gen) or Apple M1 processor - and a wired high-speed internet connection (min. 25MB downstream/5MB upstream) (2 monitors and headset will be provided)

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, full-time position.

Responsibilities

Engage with new and existing clients through phone calls and emails, showcasing a passion for dogs to build rapport.
Utilize tools and training to confirm bookings and foster long-term relationships.
Manage accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
Collaborate with team members to consistently impress our clients.

Pay: $18.87 - $22.00 per hour
