Join the Bellevue Rare Coins team as a Customer Service Associate!

Not your typical sales role—work with rare, valuable, and fascinating assets every day.

From diamonds to bullion to historic currency, you’ll be at the center of high-value transactions while building expertise in a niche, rewarding industry.

In this role, you’ll be at the center of the action—buying, selling, trading, and appraising jewelry, watches, precious metals, diamonds, currency, bullion, and rare collectibles.

As the face of Bellevue Rare Coins, you’ll build trust, deliver real value to clients, and close deals that make an impact. If you’re competitive, confident, and motivated by performance-based earnings, this is where you can excel.

The Environment

Fast-paced, high-energy, and performance-driven
Full-time, on-site role with consistent client interaction
Active workday (standing, moving, engaging clients throughout your shift)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

What You’ll Do

Close deals daily—buy, sell, and trade high-value items with confidence
Engage and win over clients by building trust and delivering an exceptional experience
Evaluate and appraise jewelry, watches, bullion, currency, and collectibles with accuracy and speed
Communicate value clearly—help clients understand pricing, market trends, and opportunities
Negotiate like a pro to create win-win outcomes while maximizing business results
Stay sharp on the market—know what’s trending, what’s valuable, and why
Own your performance and take initiative to exceed goals
Support store operations including inventory handling, processing materials, and maintaining a clean, professional environment

What It Takes to Win in This Role

Bonus Points If You Bring

1-2 years or more of hobby or personal experience with at least one of our product lines
Experience in retail, luxury sales, or high-ticket transactions
Knowledge of jewelry, watches, precious metals, or numismatics
GIA or other industry certifications
Interest in investments, tangible assets, or collectibles
Multilingual abilities

Physical Requirements of The Job

Work full-time in an on-site environment with excellent attendance
Walk, stand, sit, bend, reach, and move around in a fast-paced environment for roughly 9 hours a day without limitation
Must have adequate near vision (precise clarity of fine details with items at 20 inches or closer without loupe or tool assistance), far vision (clarity of vision with an ability to see details of a person or an object that is 20 feet or further away), and peripheral vision
Ability to work a longer shift for Dhanteras (during Diwali) which may require walking, standing, sitting, bending, and moving around for closer to 12 hours in a single shift
Regularly and independently lift and push/pull up to 50lbs without assistance
Be flexible to work an adjusted full-time schedule that may include working up to six (6) days a week

In order to continuously train and bond as a team, we will schedule monthly onsite trainings that typically start between 8:30am - 9:00am. Are you willing to actively participate in these trainings and maintain accountability for your timeliness/attendance?
