Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Appointment Scheduler to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and prospects, coordinating schedules with precision and professionalism. Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments efficiently
Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to track client interactions and update scheduling records accurately
Engage in consultative communication to understand client needs and offer suitable appointment times
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure appointments align with sales strategies and client priorities
Use sales automation tools and telemarketing techniques to maximize outreach efforts
Maintain high levels of customer service by providing clear information and addressing client inquiries promptly
Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and reduce no-shows, ensuring smooth scheduling flow

Skills

Strong negotiation skills to coordinate schedules effectively while maintaining positive client relationships
Experience in technology sales or technical sales environments is highly desirable
Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce Cloud and familiarity with sales automation technologies
Demonstrated ability in inside sales, telemarketing, outbound calling, and warm calling techniques
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a focus on clear client interaction
Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales or customer service roles involving call center operations
Ability to adapt quickly to new sales technology adoption and utilize sales tools efficiently
